This form is to request a message to be displayed on the GNOEC Dynamic Display Signs (DDS) which are located at the following locations: North Approach (Brookside), East Approach (by Mandeville City Hall), and West Approach (Skipper Drive). We only display messages for 501(c) nonprofit organizations.

Please note that even with approval, your message may be overridden if the Causeway Bridge closes due to weather, major accidents or major incidents (such as closures, etc.). Please see message criteria below.

Message Criteria:

Three lines only with

Maximum of 20 characters (with spaces) per line

Maximum of 60 characters for the total message

Limitations

Requests are limited to a maximum of three hours a day for a maximum of three days per event in a calendar year. The days do not have to be consecutive.
